Welcome to Grumpy old geeks I'm Jason DeFilippo and I'm a very

harried Brian Schultmeister. It must be. Yeah I had to go to a preschool tour for the kiddo.

As Jason and I were just talking off air it's not for a year from now because they

this is how long the stuff takes you you do the tour you put in your application and then you

cross your fingers it is an insane procedure but I do want to say something I this should be a rule

they've done these preschool tours hundreds of times I'm sure they know how long it should take.

If anything is ever going to be over an hour if no time is is is a lot it I assume an hour for

anything any meeting any call any whatever if you know it's going to be longer than an hour tell people

is that too much to ask because this went on for an hour and a half and I actually left early so

I could make it back here and still like oh god you're late so they were still going through I'm

just saying an hour is standard anything above or beyond that let people know well you know when I

took a band band to take care for the first time it was 18 minutes and they said it was going to be

20 so they got it down over there you might want to take them to Dougie Depot you know probably get

more exercise that's for sure might be a little dirty when he comes home though that's all right

he's a boy he could do it that little follow up on the the client reduction plan uh-huh man

it's amazing what one little tweak can do the real problem it turns out is not knowing when a job

was going to come in and it usually coming in on a Friday night or a Sunday night. Ah scheduling

yeah this intermittent punishment is what I kind of think of it as you can never relax you can never

turn off your phone you never know when you know basically a big bag of crap is going to get dropped

on your desk and say here you have till the morning to get this back to me yeah and after you know
