kind of one of those things that I would leave till last minute and I would just end up

but I've come to love this ritual that I've now created of actually just sitting down

you know Sunday morning Sunday afternoon with you in my guest bedroom drinking a juice of sort.

making some big decisions and it's good but it's also really stressful in a sense because

sure what the right path should be I'm a little bit overwhelmed and I've noticed a

pattern with myself that when I get overwhelmed and I have too much to figure out in my head that I the things that I overthink of course
