This week is not just Tyler and Nick. We got a guest on this week. A really cool guest.

Michael. Michael. You guys might know him as Michael is Jr. And we talk about nothing to

do with TV or anything, but I want to urge you guys to listen to this one. I don't even know

which one to start with. Like what rabbit hole should we tease this podcast with? I don't know.

I think it was just kind of less of an interview, more of sitting down, you know, grabbing a coffee and

just kind of talking and getting to know him. So it started. It started. I DMed him a couple weeks ago.

He posted something about the skill trades and how the skill trades were lacking because of

the stigma around the trades. And I DMed him. I said, I disagree. And he goes, well, then let's

talk about it on the podcast. Actually, I think I said that I disagree. We should talk about this

on the podcast. And he signed up and we talk about that. But we go way beyond like we talk about

the stigma. We talk about the issues with the skill trades. And then we just keep going all the

way to steroids and yoga yoga. And I mean, yoga being the number one thing you should be doing

if you're in construction. Yeah. That might be fair to say based on the conversation.

But at the end of the day, we talk about like ultimately what we can do

for this industry, for ourselves, for our businesses, for our family. And the order of priority

in which we should make those things. Yeah, it was just nice to kind of see him

detached from kind of what he grew up doing. And you know, the shadow of his dad and kind of the name

he's made. So it was just more about Michael, which was nice. Yeah. So give this one a listen, guys.
