Hello everybody, welcome to Luke's English podcast this is Luke speaking of

course this episode features interviews that I did with the runners-up in the

your English podcast competition you remember the details don't you? I don't

really need to go through it again, do I? I don't really need to, but I will in as brief

away as possible. So around about the 200th episode I launched a competition.

In fact, in the 200th episode I launched a competition.

The competition was that my listeners could send me up to five minutes of audio of them talking about

whatever they wanted to talk about.

Loads of people sent me stuff and I published them all in a series of eight

episodes called your English Podcast and then all of you, my

listeners, listened to those recordings and you voted for the ones that you

thought were your favorites and then out of those episodes we got a

winner from each group and then an overall winner the one who got the most votes of all.

So in this episode I'm going to feature the conversations I then had with the runners up.

So you'll remember that the prize was that for the winner they'd get the opportunity to speak to me directly in an episode of Luke's English

podcast. For the overall winner that's Edgar Hernandez from Mexico I had a

30-minute interview I'll upload that very soon so 30 minutes of conversation between me and Edgar

But for the runners up they got the opportunity to speak to me for about 10 minutes each.
