Like when you said that you just, like everything just fell apart and you had this breakdown,

what happened?

And then how did you get from there to the place where you're writing this beautiful book

about it giving the tools to other women to be like,

hey, you don't have to do what I did, but you have to listen to these boundaries and

this wisdom and scripture and everything that you share in the book. But walk us through that.
