just completely based on the Pod Squad's advice.

The best advice they've ever received, the most life-changing advice they've ever received.

And we're throwing in some of the worst.

Oh, yes.

Yes.

Sometimes the worst advice ever turns into the best advice ever, because when you hear

the worst advice, quick example, Pod Squad, this is the worst advice I've ever received

that turned out to be life-shifting for me.

There's a lot of backstory here, but let's just fast forward to the part where I'm sitting

in front of the therapist saying, all right, I'm in love with a woman.

Her name is Abby.

This was my marriage there, but I was trying to sit in my relationship with Craig.

All right.

So she says to me, this is just a distraction.

This is not real.

I want to die inside when she says this to me.

And I break down a bit and I say, well, if I cannot be with Abby, then I cannot ever

have sex with my husband again.

And I said, every time I lay down to do it, I feel like I'm dying inside.

And she says, okay, have you ever considered blow jobs?
