Paying off debt on your rental properties. Some investors would say that's sacrilegious. You should never

pay off debt on your rental properties. But as you've probably learned on this channel, for certain

people at certain points in their investment career, I think it's a really smart move. So if you do

decide you want to pay off some debt on your rental properties, how do you decide which properties

and which mortgages you should pay off first. That's the question I'm going

the second question I featured from Melody. So thank you, Melody, for interacting and

bringing these questions my attention. Your question was, if you have 10 rental properties

with different principal balances, should you start paying off the highest or the lowest

balance property? So I'm going to get to that specific question, but also we're going to take a step back and answer the question or the lowest balance property. So I'm gonna get to that specific question,

but also we're gonna take a step back

and answer the question or talk about

whether you should pay off debt in the first place.

So I might not be able to convince all of you

to pay off your real estate investing debt,

but there are investors who choose to do this,

myself included on some of my properties,

for a couple of reasons.
