thought. Everything is always working out for me. Another way you could say it is, it's all rigged

in my favor. These are thoughts that we love to practice in my coaching program,

So I started practicing thoughts like this several years ago.

Now, I have kind of always been leaning toward,

I think it's because, you know, I had a difficult past. So I'm always trying to

give my brain, like, trick it into thinking better, feeling better. But I didn't really learn

mindset skills until several years ago. And so I have been in earnest practicing incredible

Everything is rigged in my favor.

Everything is always working out for me.

It's kind of loosely taken from the scriptures in Romans 28, which was my favorite verse for years.

All things are working together for good, for those who love God.

So it's something that I do believe deep down is that at the

essence of life, God loves us, he's for us, and somehow all of this will work out for our good.
