So you have to break down what does it look like to get someone to become a customer.

And there are four key things that you need to focus on.

One is how people are discovering you.

Two is how you're getting those people to then fall in love with you,

love what you're about so that to then fall in love with you, love what you're about,

so that they trust you, they like you

and they wanna find out more about you.

Then thirdly, you need to get them to actually buy from you.

You gotta sell them something.

And then fourthly, you've got to create

such an amazing customer experience for them

once they bought for you.

They become raving, happy customers

and they are so pleased that they found you and they want to go and tell all their friends and family about how amazing your business is. If

you can get really clear on what that journey looks like for you, you can definitely make 100,000
