Summary

Trauma is something we've all faced in life. And trauma comes in a few different variations. Whether it's big traumatic events that rock our world or smaller traumatic events that happen over a long period of time, trauma impacts our lives at a very deep level. On today's episode, we look at the different types of trauma we can experience in life and how to bring healing to each of them.

1:18.9	There was unresolved issues. There was family of origin stuff going on all over the place.
1:23.9	But obviously, that's not what the Brady Bunch focused on, right? They just kind of tell these interesting stories and they're always this happy family
