Today, I want to focus on a problem I see in the gym all the time.

But before you think this is just about lifting weights, it's about so much more. I've told

you about how I feel when I see people doing half reps or cheating on their exercises, this is

different. These people are doing the full motion, three sets of 10 reps and a full stretch and a flex.

From the outside, everything looks truly fantastic, but this isn't about the form.

The problem isn't cheating themselves, is that the 10th rep looks just like their first rep, easy.

And then the next week, they'll come back and do the same three sets of 10 reps.
