Welcome to Aslub Comes Clean, the podcast. I'm Dana Kay White. I blog over at aslubcomesclean.com.

0:07.0

That's where I share my personal deslapification process. As I figure out ways to keep my

0:12.2

own home under control, I share the truth about cleaning and organizing strategies that

0:16.2

actually work in real life for real people. People who don't love cleaning and organizing.

Thanks for joining me today. This is podcast number 230 and I'm calling it dealing with

0:26.3

discouragement. I'm specifically talking about discouragement from other people. Whether they

0:34.1

intend to discourage you, I wish that people never intended that and I honestly don't think

0:39.7

that's usually their intention, but whether or not they are purposely kind of hurting your feelings

1:21.0

And especially when it hits family and maybe they know your deep dark secret or your,

1:27.7

you know, whatever it is that you've struggled with for your entire life, it can have its own

1:32.7

kind of level of frustration. And so I just want to encourage you before you go into that,

1:39.9

to hopefully help you have a good perspective going in so that it doesn't become a discouragement

1:45.7

that sets you back. Okay. Before I do that though, I want to make sure you know that through the end

1:51.5

of November, you can use the code November, you know, all of a sudden I can't spell November.

1:58.1

And OVEM, B-E-R, use that code to get 14 days to opening your front door to guests for $5.00.

2:07.1

It's normally $7.99. And I have talked in other episodes and there's stuff on the blog. I mean,
