It's one of those days where the weather is extremely soporific, or at least I'm finding it.

I'm finding it very difficult to be focused or feel present.

There's a fog over the entire city.

Everything is kind of wet and gray, although I don't think it's actually raining.

And I'm feeling the fog in my brain, too.

Yeah, I've been feeling very downbeat all day. And I think I'm very, like, emotionally affected by the weather, just in general.

And that combined with, like, I don't know, the lockdown situation that we're currently in here in Toronto.

I don't want every single episode to start with, like, lockdown update, but, you know, nevertheless, it's been rainy all week. And, you know, I feel like I'm in a

goddamn Roman Polanski movie with just like the walls of the apartment closing in on me. You know,

something that I've been doing to try to avoid looking at screens, something that I did today

was spend like a lot of the morning looking at my art books.

app, which I did, by the way, and it's been great. I'm so much more present just in my day-to-day
