as we get into this, and Bob tells us a little bit about it.

We had a conversation with Ben about his priority sheets, these

forms that he uses and you've decided to use the word first this is Bob.

Tell us a little bit more about what we should be listening for.

Well, as we get into the conversation, Chad, you said something interesting when we were kind of

prepping for this, you said, we're going to talk about priority, not priorities. Right. We're going to talk about priority, not priorities.

Right. We're going to talk about like,

what's that one thing, that priority?

And Ben does a really good job inside of this discussion

of giving you a look into our world in terms of how we accomplish a lot.

I feel like we have a pretty small organization.

Ben specifically has built a really big world and this conversation today is really a key that

unlocks a lot of how he's been able to do what he does.
