Hey, it's Antrice here, and I thought I'd release the second half of Carolyn Lord's

interview in the podcast stream. I think I initially said I would just link to it, but I've gotten a couple

emails asking about it. Plus, this gives me a little bit of time to fine-tune some things I'm working on

behind the scenes. One change I have in the works is switching over the

host of this podcast. The reason I'm doing this is because with this new host

you'll be able to share and comment directly inside the podcast which is pretty cool right I'm going to

make this change slowly so that I have time to test the process and make sure that

nothing goes wrong with the transition so if you listen through iTunes or Stitcher you probably

won't notice a difference at first. However if you listen to this through savvy painter.com

you're going to see that the player looks a little bit different.

And one thing you'll be able to do, which is really cool,

is if you're listening on your phone or your desktop,

you can click anywhere underneath that waveform,

which is that graph looking thing that shows all the bars and you can leave a comment at that moment in the podcast.

So for example if you hear a quote you like or something particularly valuable two minutes and

32 seconds or whatever into the podcast you can tag it and share it and make a
