I'm really down a solo podcast in a few weeks. I thought it'd be good

Number one on the agenda torn out some of them went out for Australia and the UK

We had to do a shift in dates. So there's every chance that if I leave Australia at this point I will not get back in

Even Australians themselves abandoned from leaving Australia until December

So the likelihood of me going home being able to come back was slim

So we've now done it so the Australia tour is going to happen first. Then I'm going to come back to the UK really looking forward to that

We sold out the tram shed in Cardiff and I'm pretty sure

Well, actually, no, we sold out the roundhouse in London, which is crazy now what we're doing at the moment is

Getting a different or trying to get a different seating pattern for that so we can get some more tickets on sale

Thank you very much to everyone who's bought those so far now. I know a lot of people

Might not even know what the tour is about or what on earth is going on now

It's not me on stage just signing books. I think you've come in or anything like that

The last tour was primarily kind of fitness chat, but it's not as you know it and

It's almost like a combination of it's kind of found its way to be a bit of stand-up whilst being informative at the same time

And for instance to give you some context the last tour

There were some talks where when I did cover female fat loss, which was an element of book one not a diet book
