You look really tired.

It's starting to catch up with me. I can really see it in my eyes.

Someone, I saw a comment the other day that was like,

is Josh okay? He looks really sick. His eyes are really tired and I said,

he, you just have tired eyes. And I said he you just have tired eyes like and I don't mean that in a

mean way you've just always had little tired eyes. Okay let me ask you I used to

get full nights asleep like uninterrupted sure I'd have some crazy dreams

and what's it called when you see the shadow figure above you?

Um sleep process.

I've had four experiences with that terrifying.

But other than that, I've slept fantastic, okay?

But where we're at in our lives now,

goodbye full night's rest.

You will not have it.

And it's just gonna get worse.

And I'll tell you what, it does affect

as you can see my eyes, my day, but I am thriving, I'm getting through it.
