All right guys, it has been a while. It's been a few weeks since I last recorded a podcast,

but here's the thing, we had our biggest month to date. November 2019 was bear performance

of the first $1 million dollar month, our first seven-figure month, right? So Black Friday was a huge

success for us. Every year, Black Friday or 4th of July, the only two days or the only two sales we do a year

are really big. But this year, Black Friday, like it blew it out of the water. We had close to 9,000

orders roll in, in 48-hour period. And for one, I want to say a massive thank you to all the

supporters, the customers, the people believing in our vision and our mission and what we're trying

to build here. Like without you guys, we cannot do this. So thank you. And second off, I got to thank

the team. You know, I could not do any of this without my team. And building a team, a strong team

is not easy, but it is something that we have been able to do here at bear performance nutrition.

And that's what I'm going to record this podcast on today. That's what I'm going to talk about.

Building a team, building a strong team. And it's something that should not be taken lightly.

And I think it often is by a lot of business owners or entrepreneurs or people that want to be

in a space and they want to have a team. Building a team is not easy. It is one of the hardest parts

about being in business. So we're going to dive into that. And I'm going to use my experience,

the military, to relate to building a team. But before we even dive into that, more, I want to let

you know, like what I've been working on this past week. So as you know, my book, 25 hours a day,

it launches and goes live on Amazon and audible January 28th, 2020. So this past week, I've been

recording the audiobook for audible with a producer. And I will tell you that as that has changed my

perspective on one audiobooks, it has changed my perspective on speaking correctly.

Something I'm trying to do more in this podcast. And just like the respect I have for

for people that do voiceovers and anything media wise with with audio and voice. Because I naturally
