I'm very well, I resent being compared to Jessica Ennis, given that my abs are clearly

better than hers, but otherwise it's fine.

Then making his first appearance for quite a while is a brash young pup, his opinions are

formed so quickly, they can leave older critics gasping for breath, his are very own Bradley

Wiggins, Sir Ali Plum.
