And you, I mean part of being the chief customer officer, you're in charge of all customer

support and a lot of times we'll get customers that are right in, they'll say my budget, I don't understand this, I need some help.

And we have a way if they give us their permission, and it's been fantastic so far,

we will say, hey, if you'll give us permission we can you know step into your budget

look around and help you out a lot of times we can make a little video or whatever and

really help them diving into their own budget and that's great we love helping customers that way.

But we often see things that don't, it doesn't surprise us that this person ends up being a little

many yeah okay and then I'm just the other day we saw that some I mean they're actually

using their credit card incorrectly we fixed that but they were they were logging
