So you and your father tend to the winemaking at Il Pajoni in the Brindel and Montel Chino zone.

My father has been working at Il Pajone since 1976, him being the third generation of our

family are working there and I joined the one re in 2006. So tell me a little bit

about Il Pejone here. Where is it exactly? So I Puyoni is located in Santangelo, Incola, a small village just 10 kilometers south of Montalchino.

It's the southern part and the vineyards, They're all in the southern slopes of the hill and they go from 200 meters up to 450 meters above sea level just in one single block.

So pretty high altitude for Tuscany.

Absolutely, you know, the highest elevation in Montalcino

is around 600 meters.

So to be in the southern part, for 150 meters is a very good altitude,
