Derrida versus Whitaker, banger, lots of other good stuff on that card, came away, feeling pretty good about the state of the sport in Abu Dhabi, but nowhere else.

It was pretty solid night of fights.

I think there are sort of mixed emotions because a lot of people feel like Robert Whitaker was truly washed in the main event.

And certainly I missed the first three fights. I went back and I had to watch Buda versus Buchetja on a two-time speed. That was a horrible fight.

But yes, after an inauspicious start with a heavyweight and a light heavyweight decision, this one picked up speed and steam and turned out really quite fun.
