1:30.0

Good. Do we got some good ones man. Let's not get out question. Andy. I am 14 years old. Okay. And I'm in the middle of 75 hard. I run a successful motivational tick tock account. I'm also starting my own vending machine business. My question is, how do I get people to actually listen to me when I try to help them with their problems. I have a good track record. I've read tons of self health books, self health books. And yet I'm still look down because of my age. All right, bro.

1:59.8

Well, guess what? I'm still look down because of my age. All right. This is a good problem. My whole entire life in business guys. I have been way ahead of where I should have been for my age. And nobody wanted to take me seriously.

2:13.8

This is look, first of all, I want you to understand this is a huge advantage. Okay. Because when people don't take you seriously, they will not only give you plenty of fuel to succeed. Right.

2:28.1

Like that's where you have to become good. Like when people slight you or they disrespect you or they talk down to you, you know, you should bank that in your, you know, fuck you fuel. Right.

2:40.7

And go do productive things to get better. Now with that being said, how awesome is that 14 years old? Pretty fucking sweet. That is awesome. Okay.

2:50.6

I'm not. I probably obviously listen to the show. So here's the deal. Look at my father. Dude, that's just that's dude. That just gives me so much hope to hear that. Like it's amazing.

3:09.4

You will probably never be taken seriously, bro, until you are so wealthy and kicking so much ass that people have to take you serious. That's what happened to me. Okay. Second thing. You have to understand. And this is just the true. Okay. That theory and experience and speaking from those two places are value completely differently.

3:30.8

A lot of people out there are trying to become a success guru and you know, and it sucks because there's some of these guys that are actually pretty good speakers. But they're never going to be taken seriously because they never built anything real. Okay.

3:46.1

So my advice to you as a 14 year old is to build something real. Ignore what they say. You are per. Dude, when I was 14, I can remember having a pretty good grip on what was going on in the world.

3:59.0

Now, was I wrong about some shit? Yeah, for sure. But I was definitely an adult in my mind. And I knew I knew I wanted to be I knew who I was aspiring to be. I didn't have as much courage as this as this young person did.

4:14.4

And that I wasn't you know, actually getting out there active put myself out there. So that's super courageous, but understand that respect will only come after it's undeniable that you built something significant. Okay. So I don't care how good of a speaker you you become. I don't care how great you become. I don't care how much regurgitated info. And by the way, that doesn't mean it's less valuable info.

4:39.5

What it means is people are going to understand that you're speaking from a place of theory and not a place of experience. Okay. And when you can speak from a place of experience, people value that much, much more. So my my encouragement to those guys and girls out there that want to become an entrepreneur influencer. Okay. Don't don't become a guru like one of these people who's just out there repeating shit that I said or someone else said that's actually built some shit right. Become someone who.

5:09.1

Not only can speak on this, but can show that they put these principles into place and built something significant. And it sounds to me like this young person is well on their way to that. And that's an amazing thing. So my advice to to him. I think it's I think you said. I don't know if you don't really say okay. My advice to you.

5:28.1

Is to keep going. All right. Keep keep reading. Keep consuming. Keep learning. Keep paying attention. Try to learn from other people's mistakes. Become students of success because that's something that I have always done and been very passionate about was watching other people.

5:45.1

I've learned a lot of my lessons my most valuable lessons sometimes from watching other people make mistakes and then saying okay well that that obviously didn't work out very well for them. So I'm not going to do that right. So you know pay attention. What's going on continue to pump your brain full of amazing information. It's going to help you be better. Don't waste time like your friends doing bullshit. All right.

6:10.1

Continue to put in the work to develop discipline like you're doing because that discipline and that control is what's going to get you to where you want to go in the shortest amount of time. Right.

6:21.1

This dude. Whoever you are you've got you you've got it dude. So just keep going. Be patient. Understand it might be till your 30 years old before people are saying man.

6:34.1

You're awesome but maybe not maybe you become a multi billion or 23 years old because you started so early and people respect that. But like dude the point is is that you have to be undeniable for people to give you respect that's just the reality.

6:48.1

People now at this point in my life can say anything they want about me but I'm undeniable period that's it. It's on my work is undeniable and every mother fucking thing that I touch that's the truth. Okay.
