Summary

I know it may seem frustrating when we are in pain and feel like just giving up. We try our best, and honestly, we overdo our physical strength. So, it's important to know our threshold, and it's ok! It's ok to be exhausted. ____________________________

Hello ladies, good morning. Welcome to Among the Lillies. This is a show for ladies who are

0:10.2

tired of pretending and are ready to be real and I'm your host, Cameron Fragg. And in

0:14.6

today's episode, I have a new setup. Do you like it? I hope it works. We'll see. I think

0:21.2

it'll work. We'll see. But I, yeah, I just wanted to talk to you guys about something that

0:26.9

I've been going through lately. I think we all have a different thresholds, right, of

0:32.2

what we can handle and what we can't. And once we're done, we're done. It's like that's

0:37.0

it. We've, we've hit that limit and we can't do whatever it is. And I think different

0:42.9

people have different levels. And I think when I was a teenager and when I was in my

0:46.9

early 20s, my threshold was massive. Like I played every sport. I was in all the clubs

0:52.5

at school. When I was a youth minister, I was a youth minister. I was working full-time.

0:57.3

I was juggling and leading a lot of different things. You know how they say, if you want

1:01.3

something done, ask a busy person to do it because they know how to get it done. That

1:06.0

was me. And some of you are like that and some of you aren't. And that's okay. The Lord

1:12.2

made us all differently. But as y'all know, I've been struggling with all sorts of health

1:19.4

issues and pain and sickness and my threshold has changed. I can do very little now. I hit

1:27.9

the, I'm done. I'm going to melt down. My body can't handle it anymore. Way quicker.

1:34.6

So yesterday was Sunday. And I overdid it. So like different people overdoing it is different,

1:42.5

right? So someone that doesn't normally run or only runs a mile, they run five miles.

1:46.8

They've overdone it, right? Or maybe you're not used to working out and all of a sudden

1:51.0

you join your friend at CrossFit. You've overdone it with that workout, right? So yesterday

1:57.3

I did something and totally overdid it. And I was exhausted and I needed the whole day

2:03.2

to recover. So I want to share with you what that is. I know a lot of people are suffering
