Hello everybody and welcome to the very 228th episode of The Shut Up and Sit Down podcast,

My name is Tom Brewster and today I'm joined by a special guest by Best Friend of the

Show, Pip War. Happy 228th to you Tom. It's a special occasion and we're celebrating

it by letting you on the podcast. You've been clawing at the gates for this whole time

and you've today been elevated to I'm glad that we had that conversation about how

you should be introduced and we settled on Best Friend of the Show because it's the

right terminology. I like the description though because I feel like rather than being

a straightforward clawing to get in and finally being allowed in, it was very much a kind of

vaguely clawing and making a lot of noise and then you've opened the door and I'm like

maybe I'll just stand here. We're going to talk about three games on this podcast. We're going

to talk about Tiwanaku, a 2022 game about, did you sing what crops you're going to find or plant,

question mark. We're going to talk about Ike, a game that we did a video review of very recently

that's about managing your shops and hoping they don't burn down and then I am going to pitch

pip on a game called Block Party that I've played recently from Big Potato Games where you make tiny

sculptures. That's a good set of games. I'm excited to talk about all of these games. Yeah,

you're going to be like that description of Block Party alone makes me think that you are now

Michelangelo. Exactly. Michelangelo but only made out of cubes. Yeah, but they all start off as

cubes, don't they? And then you just carve out the bits that aren't David.

Me and Pip just played a game. These opinions, they're fresh off the press because we just played

Tiwanaku a 2022 game from sit down games. No relation to shut up and sit down. They stole our name

pip. How unfair is that? Well, they also skipped the part where people have actually started
