Tom Fitton is president of the Conservative nonprofit watchdog group Judicial Watch,

which you'll hear has an impressive record for prying public documents from the grip of

stingy federal officials who try to withhold them.

I've been following the group's work for many years and my reporting has sometimes been

better with the benefit of documents that Judicial Watch has been able to get from the federal government.

But today, Fenton joins us primarily to sort through all the static of the court cases

against Donald Trump, what they're about, where they stand, and where all of this may be headed.
