And this is right on, I saw this tweet or post from Alan Noble, who's a writer.

He said, with few exceptions, think about this, I really like this.

With few exceptions, it does not get easier.

You won't have more time.

Things won't slow down.

This isn't just a season.

Either you take joy where you are or you won't.

I like that.

And the fact that he put with a few exceptions,

which is true.

I mean, there are times,

but most of the time,

it's like you don't have little kids in the house

or you don't have this thing happening.

Right.

But am I going to actually enjoy God's presence in my life today

instead of waiting for some other time? This may be the best sick burn of the Bible yet.

Okay. I don't know if you've ever talked about before. I was thinking about writing a book called

Sick Burns of the Bible. Right, which would just fly off the shelf. Yes of them. Yes, fly off the shelf. Yes. So, Zachariah, John the Baptist's elderly dad, gets the news from Gabriel. An angel appears, and he's instantly fearful and startled. Yes. And the angel says, you're going to have a son. You'll name him,. It has all this great stuff to say. Yes. It's going to be amazing.

And the guy's like, sacrifice, like, how will I know?
