0:34.6	But in addition to that, we have to talk about some things that's going in the industry that's affecting your organization. That's affecting members. That's affecting
0:42.4	business owners, entrepreneurs. That's affecting a lot of people in this last mile delivery space.
0:49.1	So we kind of wanted to touch on it. We wanted to talk about it. We want to bring some awareness
0:53.8	to it and just talk about, you know about what's happening so people can know.
0:58.3	You know, first, Bill, before we kind of get into it, talk about the National Home Delivery Association and what your role is in the organization.
1:05.8	Glad to. NHDA represents the companies that are in the final mile delivery of bulky goods, serving
1:13.0	as the intermediary between retailers and those retailers' customers, appliances, furniture,
1:20.2	and the like. And we represent the largest companies in that segment. And about, they execute
1:27.1	their business through your folks
1:30.2	about 90% of all final mile bulky good deliveries remell in the u.s or conducted actually between
1:37.7	the warehouse and the front door by independent contractors and i know that's a lot of folks in
1:42.6	today's audience.
1:49.7	For sure. So when you say an independent contractor, can you put some context around what that, what that means? Yeah, most of the time, these are smaller, relatively small businesses.
