Growing up with a difficult childhood in poverty and bouts of homelessness - it was his dedication to studies, reading six hours every Sunday, and focusing on the words he taped to his ceiling "let no one outwork you today," that led Isaiah to eight years in the NFL. 6 years with the Seattle Seahawks, and then the St. Luis Rams and Oakland Raiders.
