0:32.7	it really helps to have body awareness because we're talking about once you have the body awareness and you're paying attention to your beautiful sexuality, especially as a female,

0:44.2	we share those sensations of body awareness and what we call it and all of that. So let's pray, God,
0:51.2	thank you for the joy of being embodied. Thank you for the gift of sexuality.
0:56.0	Thank you for the gift of married love that you've designed us for a long haul of love where we don't grow cold and weary in our expression of love and our receiving of love.
1:06.6	But we continue to foster it and continue to put time, energy, and effort into it so that it can

1:18.9	and this time in Jesus name, amen. All right. So here is the idea. So last week we talked about
1:24.5	having body awareness, right? And as a a woman it's easy to flip into the zone
1:29.9	of being all in my head getting it done just knocking out my to-do list and feeling stressed
1:35.3	intense and rigid but we were designed as women to embody our beauty in a flexible fluid open
1:43.2	receptive way and the best way to do that is to pay attention
1:47.2	to how your body is feeling and how it feels when you move it and to take movement breaks and to
1:51.5	feel with your five senses and smell and taste and live present in your body to the moments.
1:58.0	As we did that in our marriage, we realized that we, well, I'll just say
