We are talking about emotional hygiene today.

So this is something that I don't think we dive into enough in

personal vomit. We certainly don't call it emotional hygiene enough and I came

across it in a couple books I was reading at one time and I thought to myself

you know what like this is a topic I would like to cover this is something I want to really dive into and be more cognizant and aware of my own habits but then also wanted to coach people in theirs because we talk a lot about habits right so much of

what we do to live a beautiful life is automated and so if we can really dial in on automating

these high-level living happiness habits, emotional hygiene habits,

because we can we can give ourselves free thinking space and more space in life to go

and spend time on doing what we actually want to be doing.
