You gotta burn the boats. You gotta jump in the water and swim.

Burning the boats can be very powerful when done right.

This is a double-edged sword when it comes to quitting your job.

Because on one side of the sword is burn the boats.

More often than not, you're gonna swim.

Like human beings are survival instinct, right?

Like if you're out in the ocean

and you burn your boat and you're like, okay, I either have to swim to this island or I just

sink here and get eaten by a shark.
