And today is my first experience.

How many of you have heard of a shaman healer or a shaman healing ceremony?

I've heard about it, but I have been so curious to actually go to one.

And I ended up finding a man in Rest in Virginia. It all happened through his stepdaughter, Christy,

who's a fan of the podcast. Christy, I love you. And Christy had said, you need to come see my stepfather,

Eric Weinstein.

And Eric is a shamanic healer.

He helps people deal with their anxiety, past trauma, and so much more.

He also does tapping ceremonies, but his shamanic healing ceremony is what you really need to try.

So that's exactly what I did.

Eric and I have been going back and forth for the past several weeks.
