happy to be here. I'm thrilled. I kind of hinted at what you do, but can you really tell people

who you are and what you do? Absolutely. I think the best way is to describe somebody who I help

and I actually call her Mary because I like to think of her a lot. So Mary has been married for a little bit.

She's got some kids and life is busy. She's exhausted. She's touched out. And the last thing she wants

to do is crawl in bed with her husband and provide a need for yet another person. But she also feels kind of guilty. So that's that weird mix of

more? But then she also feels like she's broken and wonders what's going on. Is it hormones?
