So first of all, let's start with the question. What is biohacking for people who have not heard

that term? I feel like it's coming up. You know, people are using it left and right. But some

people might not totally understand what it is. Yeah, biohacking's been around

for a number of, number of years. But like you alluded to, it's really starting to gain a lot of

traction. Right now, you'd say mostly in a lot of alternative medicine and health spaces,

but it's also starting to trickle out into the general public as well.

But just simply put, biohacking is looking at everything that we can do in our lifestyle

from simple things like sleeping better, eating healthy, exercising,

to some pretty advanced strategies around neutropics, supplementation,

other lifestyle modifications that we can make to

ultimately optimize our biology. So we're trying to harness the power that our bodies have
