Tracy is usual. We want to bring up the fact that it's extremely tough this time of year for people that are suffering battling depression and I used to turn battling and there's been a meme floating around and we posted this already a couple of times because that's what you do depression.

You don't suffer from it. You battle it every day and you try to kick its ass. Yeah. And some days are harder than others and sometimes you need extra help and that's what we're here for. That's what the groups there for. We're here to help.
