Thinking about this because AOL, do you know, they just, like three days ago, discontinued dial-up.

That's what made me think. There's somebody somewhere that's still doing it

remember that noise yeah I can't do it yeah it was a noise of promise yeah it was a noise of

promise excitement it was the connection was coming truly I'm going to be connected to a chat room with a bunch of doors slamming. Yes, it's coming. People making no sense whatsoever. There are so many things you can look at in your own life or look at in the world and go, this does not look to me like God is in control.

It just doesn't look that way.

Just being honest, it doesn't look that way.

Okay.

You know, if you or I walked up though,

when Jesus was on the cross,

we'd say the same thing, right?

Like, how can you let yourself be mocked

and be spat upon and be beaten and made fun of?

You're not in control, obviously.

But he was. Jesus even said, you don't think, you don't think I could call down like 12 legions of angels right now and take care of business?

Yeah.

There's a story, I think, in the Old Testament about one angel beating a Babylonian army.

He was in control.

That entire scene, he was in control.
