Good afternoon, everyone. It is October 23rd, about 1245 in the afternoon. I have been AWOL for the last few days, moving back to North Carolina from our New Jersey home, a couple days to drive down, a couple days to get everything unpacked and, you know, it's the dust out and so forth. So I am back doing baseball.

Today is our hot prospects of the week.

And we are talking to Chicago White Sox, which got produced, got sent out.

Actually, I got produced several weeks ago, but it was actually for consumption to our Patreon

members and to the general public, the top 10 on Tuesday.

It would have been the 21st.

If I'm being honest with the system and I'm being honest with the White Sox organization, I just don't like it.

I mean, they've had every opportunity to build a really good farm system.

But Noel Schultz was their big guy, and boy, he has just really struggled to throw strikes,

and he's got some serious platoon splits, which we'll get into.

Hagen Smith was their big pick in 2024, and he's walking nearly six per nine.

And even in the Arizona Fall League, he's got good stuff, good fastball slider.

In fact, he struck out 16 and nine innings in the fall league that walked five.

So, by the way, just on the fall league, I say this every time.

And yet I'm seeing Patreon comments.

I'm seeing baseball 365 Justin's Facebook pages.

It comes up on my Facebook feed.

Everybody all in on Esmerlin Valdez. I get that he is

six, seven home runs already. He's just every time he gets up, the ball's getting hit very hard.

So it's a good player, a guy that did exactly the same thing he's doing the fall league when he was

in high A, and he got

promoted to double A where he saw better pitching, better spend, and he couldn't hit anything.
