shit, I wish I knew while I was in residency. Seriously, that's the name of this series. And we're

going to be covering things that I bet you all wish you knew, but just didn't have the time to do.

And if you were young attending, things that you didn't catch while you're in residency.

This is an opportunity for us to learn, an opportunity for us to kind of give back to the

folks who are going through the process right now.

And let's be honest, we all remember or we're going through it right now, you're too busy

or you feel like you're too busy trying to save patients' lives.

And you think that there is not any other time to learn the other stuff. Now you may be thinking, what's the other stuff? But the other stuff, there are things that are just as important is just that they don't show up on a daily basis, right? They're not in a patient's chart. You're not hearing about this during sign out or during M&M. Right. But the other stuff is, how do you manage your money?

What happens if you can't doctor anymore, right? Because you get sick or you get injured.

How to look for a job, right? All of this other stuff that I put in quotes is going to determine

if you're going to be working into your 70s because you have to versus maybe you decide to save

the world or do other things that you really want to do.

So in this first episode, we're going to talk about how to protect yourself so that you can

doctor when you get injured or if you can't doctor because you get injured or anything like
