It's cold in here. It's actually not as cold in the studio as it normally as though, but maybe that's because I have three layers on.

I came prepared. And it's probably because it's so cold outside. This feels balmy. Yes. Yeah. Maybe that's all we needed was just a perspective shift. Right. Right. It's cold. It switched real fast. I drove to, we went to Eastern Idaho. You did also different places. But we drove over Friday. did you go Thursday?

We drove over Friday.

It was 83 degrees while we were driving over. And then Saturday, it poured all day. And it was in the 50s. And it has just not. And we're back in Western Idaho now. And it hasn't gotten warm. No, but it's nice during the day, actually. Yes, it's just cold in the morning. We, so Jack and I went to, they have these haunted houses in, I'm actually from South Central, Idaho.

So sorry.

Not Eastern.

But they have these haunted houses that are like 30, 45 minutes away from my parents' house.

The Albion haunted mansions, yes.

And it, you know, was so nice and warm on Friday. And I was like, we should go Friday. But my sister that was going to come with us was working concessions at the football game that night. So we scheduled it for Saturday instead. It rained all day. I was super nervous. I was ready to just like cancel the tickets.

You can't get a refund, but whatever, I was not going to go and be miserable. It actually turned out to be a very lovely evening. Really? And it was not muddy. I thought it was going to be muddy.

We had a great time. And we were bundled up, but it was nice. So my niece had plans with her friends

to go to a haunted house. And she invited my two teenagers to go with them. And I was like, where's the haunted house? And she told me it was by Rexberg. Oh, that's fun. Well, it's like an hour, more than an hour away from where we were. And it was still pouring. And I was like, and so I had told my kids earlier in the day, I'm like, yeah, that's, oh, no, no, no. Actually, at first I was like, I don't, and it's all freeway. And I was like, I don't feel comfortable with that. And I was like, I don't know the kids you're going with and I don't know, like, inexperienced drivers and all of that. And I was like, I don't love that. If it was closer, I'd feel fine.

So they changed their minds and they decided to go to Blackfoot, which is like a half an hour away, which is better, right? Then it poured. And so I was like, okay, fine. And then it poured all day. And finally, like, it was the 11th hour for them. I felt so bad. but I was like, guys, I can't do this.
