Any institution today that has racial disparities in its demographics is per se racist, and

I can tell you, as long as racism is the only allowable explanation for the fact that Google

is not 13% black engineers or the physics department at Harvard University is not 13%

black.

It is all coming down.

It is a form of mass neuroses that is extraordinarily consequential because it is taking down every

single institution.
