0:10.5	finds you feeling excited about the year ahead. Having had yourself a good New Year's and a great
0:16.4	Christmas and time with family, all the things that you could have hoped for in your holiday season.
0:22.0	It's time for a new year and I thought I would do a solo episode today talking about some of what
0:30.2	I've identified for myself that I'm going to need to have the very best year in 2023. There's
0:38.7	five things for me that I think are important pillars for where I want to go to become who I'm
0:46.0	hoping to become and they are all in some ways anchors to a call for courage because I find myself
0:55.7	once again. Coming out of what for me was a pretty bizarre year. If I'm going to be honest, there
1:02.7	was a lot of change happening in my life once again and there's something about the turning over
1:10.6	of a new year that has me having to do a little bit of manufacturing of courage to create a
1:19.4	little bit of momentum as I am embarking on trying to have a great year.

2:18.8	who are listening has been a thing that's been around. Certainly the pandemic through people into
