finds you feeling excited about the year ahead. Having had yourself a good New Year's and a great

It's time for a new year and I thought I would do a solo episode today talking about some of what

I've identified for myself that I'm going to need to have the very best year in 2023. There's

five things for me that I think are important pillars for where I want to go to become who I'm

hoping to become and they are all in some ways anchors to a call for courage because I find myself

once again. Coming out of what for me was a pretty bizarre year. If I'm going to be honest, there

was a lot of change happening in my life once again and there's something about the turning over

of a new year that has me having to do a little bit of manufacturing of courage to create a

little bit of momentum as I am embarking on trying to have a great year.
