I go to the gym three times a week. I eat as well as I can. When I'm home, I grow my own food.

You know, they've done a lot of research on elders, but unfortunately it's all been on sick people.

And I think it's time that we start doing some in-depth studies on older people who are happy,

healthy, fulfilled, and really enjoying life.

Because when we study these people, then we will learn how we can all do it.

Unfortunately, pharmaceutical companies do not make money on healthy people.

So somebody else is going to have to do the research. You see, soon we're going to have more older

people than we've ever had before, and it's time that we reshape our thinking.
