Refuse to compromise your peace of mind for anything. And you know what? If you do, you'll probably never make another mistake. What we have found is that truly successful people are absolutely honest and objective with themselves

and their worlds.

They practice the highest of integrity.

There's nothing that so undermines your

confidence and so weakens your resolve than feeling inside that you're not doing or saying the right

thing. Shakespeare said, to thine own self be true, and then it must follow as the night

the day thou canst not then be false to any man. Now, internal integrity, being true to yourself,

being true to the very best that is in you,

is the starting point.

But the outward expression of it

is doing what you do in a quality way.

You see, the work that you do with your hands,

the work that you choose to hand in, the work that you choose

to represent, that will be a symbol of you, is a mark of your true level of integrity.

A person who has a high level of integrity does excellent work.
