And so I wanted to post this episode because I needed like I'm in a position I opened up a bit a couple of weeks ago about how my grandmother was in a hospital.

And so it's literally right when we wrapped up that episode.

My mom called like I was just I was in the car leaving my office my mother called and we got the word the doctors on the phone and my grandmother was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer.

I've been devastated over the last couple of weeks.

I told you guys that I have like this list of things that make me happy so you may see me on Instagram like cooking and taking pictures and stuff like that.

Like I know how to find those things that keep me happy and keep me centered.

But I've been struggling emotionally because like I said before just the strongest person I know is sick.

And she literally went from being 100% independent like my grandmother was working up until the pandemic because she she's a teacher she was working up until the pandemic and school shut down.

And so she went from being 100% independent to now needing around the clock care and to just the person that I see and when I look at pictures is so different.
