supportive practices to help you take good care of yourself. I hope you're doing well and feeling all right during this

0:38.9

challenging time. I've been thinking about my listeners who are based all over the world and might

1:35.5

the Mindful Kind from a number of online bookstores like Amazon and the book depository, but I've

1:41.7

actually heard from people who are enjoying the audiobook version,

1:45.8

because it's like listening to my podcast. Okay, so the first supportive practice I'd like to share

1:51.2

with you is mindful self-care. There's a big difference between doing self-care practices on

1:57.4

autopilot and not really appreciating that time versus mindful self-care where you're

2:03.4

enjoying the physical sensations or the emotional feelings you experience during the self-care activity.

2:09.8

So for example, a self-care practice for me is doing gentle yoga on the lounge room floor.
