0:11.0	This rule can be a guide to help you through hard times and help you go beyond your potential.
0:17.0	The rule is that you must celebrate your wins, and more specifically, you must celebrate a single win each day.
0:24.6	It doesn't have to be big. In fact, it can be so small that no one else would even notice.
0:29.6	Maybe you finally slept seven hours, maybe you skipped the elevator and took the stairs.
0:35.6	Maybe you told yourself you'd show up at the gym.
0:39.4	And you actually did.
0:40.3	It can seem tiny to you.
0:42.4	But I want you to celebrate a win because people have this habit of looking at other people's success, like mine, for example.
0:50.3	And imagining it all happened at once.
0:53.1	They see the highlight reel, not on the grind.
0:56.0	They see the trophy, not at the training.
0:58.0	They see the movie premiere, not the years of acting classes and accent removal classes.
1:05.0	That is never true.
1:06.0	When I became the youngest Mr. Universe ever, people said,
1:10.0	Arnold, you're an overnight success.
1:12.9	What they didn't see was five years of training with the weightlifting and powerlifting
1:17.9	team in Austria. They didn't see me breaking into the gym under the stadium in Graz because
1:24.1	it was locked on Sundays. They didn't see me losing the year before and studying why I lost.
1:30.3	They didn't see me dragging my body out of bed every morning because I had a vision and I refused to let it die.
