Let's talk about gaslighting, guys.

Gaslighting. First, I kind of have to tell you a funny story, though. I don't know if it's

funny or not inappropriate. I don't know. Not inappropriate. I don't know. I got to tell you a story.

So about a month ago, Darren and I were, well, we were kind of having a heated conversation, if you will.

And I was trying to tell him how I was feeling about something in our stepfamily life. And he was, well, just not as receptive as I would have liked him to be about my opinion and my experience. And his response to it, like, he was gaslighting me. And I told him that. I'm like, you're gaslighting me right now. And he said to me, he's like, you are just saying gaslighting because it is this new buzzword on Instagram. I've never heard you say that before.

And now you're just saying it because that's what everyone's talking about online. And there's

part of me that was like, okay, fair enough, valid. You may have a point here. And we kind of laughed.

And it did open up a good conversation about how he was actually technically gaslighting me

I think it's really interesting when things become like mainstream conversation on Instagram,
