But I like bringing to you the kinds of people that I get to hang out with every day,

the people who are, remember,

the two qualifications that we have before we let somebody become a leader in this community.

One is they have to have a teacher's heart, meaning when they succeed, when something goes well

or when they fail and something doesn't go right, they're not afraid to share it with

others and encourage them on their business building journey. And the other qualification,

the more perhaps difficult one, is they have to have a successful business. And like I mentioned,

Eric has built a million dollar business. It's his only source of income using the internet creatively,

and he has a team of about eight people that he manages. And it's going brilliantly. He's going
