Welcome to another episode of the Blessed and Bostup podcast.

The title of today's episode is how to practically tap into God's strength in life and business.

You guys hear me all the time talking about how his strength is perfected in our weakness.

But I really wanted to go deeper into this because like I said, you guys hear me say all the time, I don't want this show to be one that pumps you up to do nothing.

Like I want this show to be something that you can take and learn from and that you can practically apply what we talked about to your life.

And so that you can go back to God for yourself and that he can transform your life.

But this came up because I had a friend of mine who I was talking to and she asked me, you know, how do you show up for the podcast and for stuff like that when you just don't have it.

She was saying that sometimes she struggles with inconsistencies when it comes to the show and she just feels like she doesn't have it, you know, and a lot of people are pulling from her via her family and things that at nature.

And that really inspired this episode in addition to the fact that it's a lot going on for me right now.

I've been pretty candid the last few weeks about stuff that's come up with me. So like, you know, my uncle passed in and happened to travel for the funeral as well as like traveling with the baby and making sure the baby had everything and then my mother.

I haven't had surgery unexpectedly right after that. And now my grandmother is in the hospital.

And it's, I mean, one thing this show has always been before the transition and now is about the journey.

And I thought that this was a great opportunity to not only just speak about this from a, I've been there and I'm talking from past, but for me to model, you know, what this looks like for me to be on this microphone to say, y'all, I've been.

Life is really chaotic for me right now because I've been pulled in a lot of different directions. Life has hit me a bunch of different ways.

I'm emotionally going through it right now because the strongest person that I know the matriarch of my family, the one who was a caregiver from a child from birth to up to like a month or two ago, like the one of the closest people to me is sick.

And that's, I'm not okay, but I will be. And so I'm showing up here, not just to talk to you about an old testimony, but because I want to model to you guys in real time, what it looks like to tap into God's strength.
